How to report an insurance claim online

Car insurance claim
You can now report all car claims online. This includes the following situations:
- Car glass claims
- Roadside assistance claims
- Theft claims
Simply log in to report your claim. You will need to be prepared with the following information:
- Your policy number
- Vehicle information
- Car accident details
- Police report (if applicable)
- The name/insurance information for the other party involved in the accident (if applicable)
Home insurance claim
First things first: If you've suffered fire or water damage, contact us as soon as possible. If you need recommendations to help you protect your home from additional damage, we'll provide them. Or, if you need help knowing what to do next, we're ready to help. If you want to report your loss online and begin your claim, log in to get started.
If you are unable to stay in your home, please make arrangements to stay elsewhere. Keep receipts for any out-of-pocket costs for lodging, food, etc. Do not discard any damaged items. They may be needed to review your claim. We will begin our investigation as soon as we have all claim information from you. Our goal is to handle your claim with care.
If possible, please have the following information on hand:
- Policy number
- Loss details
- Police report
- Photos of the damage available
